When does shipping take place?
- For preorders made in May, June, and July of 2021, shipping will occur by September of 2021.
Where do we ship to?
- US Domestic: Shipping will be to the United States and its outlying territories.
- International: Shipping will be to the following countries:
- Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
How will you ship my product?
- Continental US: All domestic US shipments will be shipped via FedEx.
- Standard shipping continental US: FedEx 3-5 business days
- Express shipping continental US: FedEx 1-2 business days
- Other US: (Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories): will be shipped via FedEx or USPS.
- Standard shipping Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories: Fedex or USPS 3-5 business days
- Expressing shipping: FedEx or USPS 1-3 business days
- International: International shipments:
- Standard shipping international: APC or USPS 14-23 business days
- Express shipping international: DHL 3-5 business days
- The courier will be selected by The Hyperspace Lighting Company based on current rates and the level of shipping selected by the customer (standard shipping or express shipping). If express shipping is not available as an option, this means express shipping is not available to at that time or to do that destination.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Additional processing time may be required during Sale or Promotional periods due to above average order volume. We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to ship your orders!
Incomplete Address & Undelivered Packages
- The Hyperspace Lighting Company is not responsible for packages that are returned to our facility by USPS due to incomplete or incorrect address. Please double check the shipping address provided during the checkout process to ensure that your package arrives at its final destination safely.
- In order to have your package resent, The Hyperspace Lighting Company will charge for a new shipping fee. Packages will only be resent once the original package has been returned to The Hyperspace Lighting Company.
- Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
- For a full cash refund, all returns must be postmarked within twenty one (21) days of the arrival date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. *21 day return policy does not apply to Christmas gifts. We will accept any Christmas gift return until Jan 15th.
- To return an item, please request a return though our contact form or email customer service at email@example.com and let them know the reason for your return. After confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

- Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Note that international shipping fees does not include any VAT/duties owed.
